So far, they have remained true to its drive, which is why so many racing enthusiasts put their trust in the company’s line of oils, lubricants, and fluids.
Maxima Racing Oils Company History
Maxima Lubricants was founded in 1979, in Southern California, where its main headquarters remain. The company immediately made a splash in the racing and performance markets, due in part to its borderline obsessive commitment to the creation of market-defining products at affordable prices. That commitment has not changed to this very day.
As the years went by, they branched out both its product line and distribution area. It started with full coverage in the states, and then found its way overseas. Today, Maxima Lubricants’ products are used in over 50 different countries throughout the world.
Maxima Racing Oils’ Product Quality
Maxima Lubricants’ popularity is due to its commitment to quality, and their team expects no less than the best. The public’s repeated reliance on the company’s products is a testament to its adherence to this expectation.
Maxima Lubricants are focused solely on the high-performance racing industry. It has never tried to break into the casual automotive industry. It’s this devotion to the company’s industry that has allowed Maxima Racing Oils to stay on top of the latest developments and introduce new and innovative lubricant technologies to the racing industry. One such innovation is the continued development of Castor 927 2-stroke oil which is produced using renewable resources. It’s also this devotion that contributes to the continued high quality of the company’s products – whether they are engine oils or race fork fluid.
Awards & Recognition
Where to begin with Maxima Lubricants’ record of awards and recognition? The company puts it best when it states on its site that, “The essence of our brand is communicated through hundreds of championships with world-class racers, tuners, and teams who rely on them for unsurpassed performance in high-stress conditions without fail.”
Below are only a few small fish in the much larger sea that is their prestigious career in the high-performance racing industry.

The Public’s Opinion
Over the years, Maxima Lubricants has established quite a name for itself in the elite racing circles of the world. From motocross to ATV to Trophy Trucks and, now, bikes, this company is considered an elite supplier of 2-stroke oil and 4-stroke oil, lubricants, and more.
The most significant factor in their success is the trust it has earned with its clients (myself included, I use Castor 927 on all my 2-strokes) – faith that its products will perform as needed, won’t break down, and won’t wear out. Once a company can achieve that with its customers, it’s only a matter of time before the general public is singing the company’s praises. And that’s precisely what they’re doing at Maxima Racing Oils.

Maxima FTW!!! I love super M!
Maxima or Motul? Whats better?
Why the hell would you choose maxima over motorex or motul?
Well, some guys like hamburgers with no cheese, there’s nothing wrong with it, but we all know that guy has a bag of cat heads in his garage.
I’m constantly amazed what maxima is able to do with oils. even their snowmobile oil is incredible, and it’s still made from dead dinosaurs.
Whats the difference between all their oils? how many kinds of 4-stroke and 2-stroke oil do you need??
They’re just covering their bases, might as well have something for everyone.
